This is much like the food addict with the adjusted stomach, another addiction takes the place of food addiction. My prediction is when this prevention of the spread of HIV does occur the result will be, those behaviors will start a new disease's spread. High-risk behavior will stay as high-risk, the difficulty will be, the specific item which people will be at risk of will be, the only part which will change.
